Reddit ads for SOCi

Project brief
SOCi gives multi-location brands a workforce of AI agents that handles their local marketing. Updated listings, local visibility, renter engagement, across every location and without adding headcount.
They wanted to reach those marketers on Reddit, where anything that looks like an ad gets scrolled past. Very few people share what actually works there. The only advice out there is "don't make it look like an ad", with little to no examples or case studies to learn from.
“We've had an amazing experience working with Niko + team on our LinkedIn creative. They always bring fresh ideas to the table and made every project feel fun and creative. They just get it and run with it, delivering great results every time.”
The results
The first ad hit a 1.5% CTR, well above the Reddit Ads average, which most benchmarks put somewhere between 0.2% and 0.8%. All six ads landed at the top end of that range or above it. Here are the two top performers.
